The New York Giants are looking to get things turned around in their first full season since moving on from quarterback Daniel Jones, who is now with the Indianapolis Colts.
A big part of creating a winning culture moving forward will be teammates bonding off the field. Unfortunately for the Giants, it doesn’t appear as if things are trending in the right direction in that regard.
“Abrupt, premature end to practice as a fight broke out. Brian Burns and James Hudson, who is playing first-team LT for Andrew Thomas, got into it on a rep. They were removed, but Kayvon Thibodeaux and an OL (believe it was Jermaine Eluemunor) went at it after the next play.
“After Thibodeaux hit Eluemunor, Hudson rushed onto the field and grabbed Thibodeaux. Burns then got involved. They all ended on the field in a heap. This was nasty for a “non-contact” OTA fight. Thibodeaux was still heated after a lengthy team huddle to end practice,” reported The Athletic’s Dan Duggan.

“After watching how pitiful they looked at points during last season, I’m happy with this report, this team needs a little fire,” one person wrote on Twitter.
“Good. This is the type of right we’re going to neee to show when the season starts,” another person added.
“as long as their are no injuries… GOOD. Bring back the violence culture!!” one fan added.
It’ll be interesting to see if the Giants can compete in the loaded NFC East.
