Last month, Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady and supermodel Gisele Bündchen officially ended their 13-year marriage in a quite public divorce following several years of marriage issues. But even after the expensive divorce and what was described as a “very nasty” separation, it looks like the divorcees won’t be living all that far from each other after Gisele’s secret new recent purchase.

After the divorce, Gisele secretly purchases a massive $11.5 million Miami Beach mansion that sits across the creek from Tom Brady’s house, according to a report from Page Six.

“You could literally swim from Gisele’s place to Tom’s — not that they would — but both homes will include a dock, so it would be very easy for them to co-parent their children while living so close to each other,” a source told Page Six.

Making the situation even more interesting, however, is the fact that Gisele has been looking at this property for quite a long time – even before Tom Brady took his mysterious 11-day absence from Tampa Bay Buccaneers preseason camp back in August.

“Gisele was actively looking at homes in Miami Beach even before Tom took his break from the NFL, which indicates that she was already done with the marriage and moving on,” a source told Page Six.

While it is certainly a strange situation for the newly-divorced couple, but it will also make co-parenting much easier.
