With their preseason win total set at 4.5 at most sportsbooks, the Houston Texans are not expected to turn many heads with their play on the field this season. But it sure looks like their concession stand is looking to attract some attention this year, debuting an absolutely ridiculous take on a classic appetizer.
According to Darren Rovell of The Action Network, the Texans will be serving an absolutely bizarre rendition of fried pickles at their stadium concession stands this upcoming season with cherry and blueberry Kool-Aid included in the recipe.

Naturally, the strange concoction of flavors in this snack grabbed the attention of the NFL world, who offered quite a few different reactions with most people seeming quite intrigued by the outlandish snack.

The Texans are not the only Texas NFL team to roll out some headline-grabbing stadium food ahead of the 2022-23 season. The Dallas Cowboys recently announced plans to serve absolutely massive burger that includes fried mozzarella sticks.
It seems the state of Texas is just all about the strange concessions this year.
