It’s good to be the NFL Defensive Player of the Year — this much Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt knows all too well. However, even by his standards, things are looking up.

That’s because Watt loves himself a good pint of Guinness, the world’s most famous Irish stout, and now he’s got his own personal beer from the famed Irish-based brewery.

It all happened on a recent trip taken with buddies from high school, where Watt got to spend quality time with friends and his favorite beverage at the same time.

May we now present bottles of “99,” a special brew for Watt and Co.

Just don’t expect to get your hands on a bottle like this any time soon. That’s because Watt’s special beer was a one-of-a-kind bottling, and Watt understanbly took it all home with him as a thank you gift for being a loyal customer of the brewery.

According to Watt’s interview with ESPN.com, Guinness must have known about his affinity for the brew thanks to a either a Twitter Q&A or an interview on The Dan Patrick Show, where he admitted loving Guinness thanks to a trip to Ireland three years ago.
