Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, or so we’ve been told ever since we were kids. If you disagree with said assessment, Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt is not a huge fan of yours.

Seems Mr. Watt would be a good pitchman for McDonalds’ new all day breakfast campaign. And even when in theory it’s not time to eat breakfast, he’s thinking about breakfast.

It’s been a good time for breakfast food and the NFL lately. The Carolina Panthers were apparently fueled by Waffle House throughout their run to Super Bowl 50, and now one of the NFL’s premier defensive player admits he never stops thinking about bacon and gravy.

Breakfast food doesn’t really need the endorsement, but I’m sure bacon and eggs will take the extra publicity.
