J.J. Watt is the type of dude who has it all going for him.

He’s the three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year and arguably the best football player in the world. He does loads of charity work and raising huge sums for his foundation. He pals around with (and maybe more than pals around with) celebrities. He’s got a huge salary and tons of endorsement deals.

So it is not even the tiniest bit surprising that he’s also good at hitting home runs.

On Saturday, Watt hosted the annual J.J. Watt Charity Classic at Minute Maid Park, and naturally he beat all his teammates in a home-run derby, as Arnold Schwarzenegger looked on.

It’s easy to resent Watt for being so freaking perfect at everything, but even the biggest hater can’t deny: That was a great bat flip.

Unburdened by the need to run to first base, Watt turned around as soon as he saw the ball fly over the fence while tossing his bat 15 feet in the air and back toward the pitcher’s mound. That bat flip made Jose Bautista look like an amateur.

Watt missed almost all of the 2016 NFL season with a back injury, but he said Saturday that he feels “fantastic.” In a few short months, he’ll be back whacking quarterbacks, not softballs.
