Monday’s NBA game between the Golden State Warriors and the San Antonio Spurs featured a courtside appearance from members of the San Francisco 49ers, including quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo.
Garoppolo was accompanied by teammates Christian McCaffrey, George Kittle, and Kyle Juszczyk sitting courtside for the game, but it appears that Garoppolo was the big star for the Warriors dancers in attendance.
Warriors dancers came up to the group, but it seemed like most of them only wanted to say hello to Garoppolo, largely disregarding his teammates sitting next to him.

To be fair, McCaffrey is new to the 49ers organization, but Kittle and Juszczyk are fairly established within the Bay Area, so it’s quite hilarious that they largely got the cold shoulder compared to Garoppolo.
Garoppolo has hilariously gone from the beloved starter in San Francisco, to a placeholder for Trey Lance, and is now back to being the face of the 49ers.
He was largely expected to be released or traded by the organization this past offseason in favor of Lance, but it’s certainly great for the 49ers that they didn’t decide to do that in retrospect following Lance’s brutal ankle injury earlier this year.
Regardless, this hilarious video speaks to just how much the Bay Area supports all of its teams, and in particular Jimmy Garoppolo.
