Despite being the only undefeated team left in the NFL this season, not everyone is sold on the Philadelphia Eagles including former Dallas Cowboys head coach and now Fox Sports NFL analyst Jimmy Johnson.
Johnson is not quite sold on the Eagles taking the NFC just yet.
Jimmy Johnson on @1053thefan on the Cowboys as a Super Bowl contender: “I think this is the best Cowboys team that I’ve seen. … I’m still not 100% sold on Philadelphia. The NFC is down. I think the Cowboys have a better shot than most.”
Why isn’t he totally sold on the Eagles? pic.twitter.com/M2LYY6ufj2

Johnson’s issue with the Eagles is how they play in the second half of games. He thinks once most teams figure out their style of play, it’s touch and goes from that point on and teams are able to adjust to that style.
Johnson also said teams will have an advantage over the Eagles when they play them again for the second time this year.
So who does he think is the team to beat that can handle the Eagles? His old team, the Dallas Cowboys.
“I think this is the best Cowboys team that I’ve seen. … I’m still not 100% sold on Philadelphia. The NFC is down. I think the Cowboys have a better shot than most.”
It also helps, as Johnson pointed out, that the NFC is down and neither Aaron Rodgers nor Tom Brady will have a huge impact on the playoffs later this season, which may also help the Eagles and the Cowboys.
