Joe Burrow Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow (9) warms up before the first quarter of the NFL Week 18 game between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Baltimore Ravens at Paycor Stadium in downtown Cincinnati on Sunday, Jan. 8, 2023. Baltimore Ravens At Cincinnati Bengals Nfl Week 18

Star Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow is in just the third season of his NFL career and has already made one Super Bowl appearance and it seems like his future is bright with many more Super Bowl runs in his future. But given the amount of young talent the Bengals currently have under contract early in their careers, some have speculated that the team actually has quite a narrow window in which they can clinch the Super Bowl – but Burrow isn’t buying that.

After the Bengals’ win over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday afternoon, which clinched home-field advantage for next week’s playoff matchup, Joe Burrow was asked about his Super Bowl window. And he had quite a blunt and honest reaction.

“The window is my whole career,” Burrow said after the game, according to a report from Cincinnati Bengals reporter Paul Dehner of The Athletic. “The window is always open.”

While it’s certainly a confident answer and may turn out to be true, it’s still clear that the best chance the Bengals have could be in the very near future with young stars like Tee Higgins, Ja’Marr Chase, and Joe Mixon all still on their rookie contracts. And Burrow and the Bengals certainly appear to be legitimate Super Bowl contenders this season with eight consecutive wins to close the regular season.
