Even though former Fred Biletnikoff Award-winning wide receiver Jordan Addison transferred away from Pittsburgh to spend his final college season with the USC Trojans, it’s safe to say he’d welcome a return to the city with his old Pittsburgh Panthers quarterback.

During his press conference at the NFL Scouting Combine, Jordan Addison was asked his thoughts on potentially reuniting with his former college quarterback Kenny Pickett, who is currently the starting quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers. And it sounds like Addison would be more than open to it.

“Hey man, if we reunite, that’d be good,” Addison said at the NFL scouting combine Friday, according to ESPN. “That’d be real cool. Real easy transition. Come get me.”

Addison feels like it would help his transition to the professional game if he had his former college quarterback throwing to him.

“That’ll help the transition a lot,” Addison said. “Just having your former quarterback, you already got a relationship, No. 1, and then that trust factor. So with him, once you’re running your routes, he’s trusting you to be at a certain spot at the right time.”

It’s clear that he wants to be a Steeler. Now we’ll have to see if the Steelers select him.
