Buffalo Bills fans got some concerning news this week when star quarterback Josh Allen was listed as a non-participant in Wednesday’s team practice after head coach Sean McDermott said that he would practice but would be limited. But those fans will likely be breathing a sigh of relief following Thursday afternoon’s announcement.

As reported by NFL insider Jonathan Jones of CBS Sports, Josh Allen was a full participant in Thursday’s practice.

“After not practicing yesterday due to a right shoulder injury, Bills QB Josh Allen was a full participant at practice today,” Jones wrote in a post on X, the social media website that was formerly known as Twitter.

Allen has been banged up and dealt with lingering injuries throughout this season and briefly went into the sideline medical tent during last Thursday’s win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. But based on this recent announcement from the team, it sounds like Allen will be able to play in this week’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

It’s certainly a big announcement, and the NFL world had a lot to say about it on social media.

We’ll have to see how Allen performs during Sunday night’s matchup with the Bengals.
