Judge makes decision in Jerry Jones case

A defamation lawsuit filed by a woman claiming to be Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones’ daughter was dismissed by a federal court.

Alexandra Davis claimed Jones and two other men made defamatory statements about her after she filed a different lawsuit in which she claimed Jones was her father.

Davis claims Jones, along with Donald Jack and Cowboys spokesperson Jim Wilkinson made “propagated [an] extortion narrative” about her by claiming she was like “other supposed bad actors” coming for Jones’ money.

She wanted Jones to play her $20 million dollars although she claims it’s not about the money. She did, however, contacted Jack in 2017 and said she knew of another child Jones may have fathered out of wedlock who received $20 million dollars and if she gets the same amount, she’d be out of Jones’ life forever.

Davis filed the lawsuit in 2022 claiming that Jones had been paying her mother hush money over the years to keep this secret quiet. But to this day, Jones says Davis is not his daughter.

According to her suit, Jones had made a deal with her mother to pay not only $375,000 for “confidentiality” but set up two trust funds by Jones for her.

But apparently, the judge in this case was not buying what Davis was selling and dismissed the case.
