Ever since Kirk Cousins’ enthusiastic outburst in front of reporters after an October win over the Buccaneers, “You like that?!” has been somewhat of a running joke for the whole world to laugh at.
Now, even Cousins’ college coach is getting in on the ribbing. Michigan State headman Mark Dantonio said he texted Cousins after the Spartans were selected for the College Football Playoff with a familiar message.

Cousins may have responded with a smiley face, but it’s easy to imagine he was seething inside. Then again, he’s probably pretty proud that his alma mater won the Big Ten and is now two wins away from a national championship.
Cousins played four seasons at Michigan State, starting for the final three and tallying 9,131 yards and 66 touchdowns on 64.1 percent passing. He threw for 300 yards in the Spartans’ 2011 Outback Bowl victory, the program’s sole postseason win during the quarterback’s college career.
If you have someone missed the now-famous Vine of Cousins’ post-game shout, here you go:
Michigan State plays Alabama on Dec. 31 in hopes of giving Cousins and other Spartan fans even more to like.
