Cleveland Browns

The AFC North is home to some of the most bitter rivalries in the NFL, as veteran quarterback Aaron Rodgers is going to find out soon, as he enters mandatory minicamp for his first season under center for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

One of Rodgers’ new rivals in the division, Myles Garrett, the star defensive lineman for the Cleveland Browns, already has designs for how he plans to treat Rodgers, and he didn’t mince words.

“Myles Garrett on Aaron Rodgers joining the AFC North: “I think it’s a good opportunity to put him in the graveyard,'” reported ESPN’s Daniel Oyefusi on Twitter.

Fans reacted to the statement on social media.

“saying all that when you got ‘kenny pickett’ as your starter and drafted 2 rookie quarterbacks,” one fan wrote on Twitter.

“I’m all for sacks and TFLs, but on-field murder is probably a bridge too far, even for the NFL,” another fan added.

“Soo… Aaron better be sure to keep his helmet locked and strapped,” someone else added, referencing the violent attack Garrett had toward Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph in his past.

It’s clear that Garrett has various off-the-field issues that need to be addressed, and hopefully, he gets the help that he needs, for the sake of everyone.
