The NFLPA released the results of a survey involving around 1,300 NFL players and some of the grades that teams received are pretty staggering.

One of our core jobs as a union is to improve the overall working conditions for our players, which includes the daily experience of players at the team facilities away from the lights and cameras,” read the NFLPA’s website. “1,300 of our players provided information to share with one another about their current club, to not only help them make important career decisions but also help raise standards across the league.”

The goal of handing out grades for every NFL team based on Treatment of Families, Nutrition, Weight Room, Strength Staff, Training Room, Training Staff, Locker Room, and Travel was “to highlight positive clubs, identify areas that could use improvement, and highlight best practices and standards.”

In terms of Treatment of Families, no one scored higher than the Dallas Cowboys. However, on the flip side, the Washington Commanders, Jacksonville Jaguars, Cincinnati Bengals, and Arizona Cardinals all scored an F.

For Nutrition, the Bengals, Cardinals, and New Orleans Saints all scored an F-.

The Cardinals continued their streak of failures with another F- in the Weight Room.

The Baltimore Ravens were the lone F- in the Strength Staff category.

In terms of the Training Room, the Bengals, Commanders, and Los Angeles Chargers all scored F-.

No one scored an F in terms of Training Staff but the Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs scored a D-.

The Commanders appeared once more for another F- when it came to Locker Room while the Cardinals earned an F.

In terms of travel, it was once again the Commanders with the lone F-, though the Chiefs, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tennessee Titans, and Indianapolis Colts all scored F as well.

Clearly, for free agents who want to feel like they’re part of an organization, the message is to stay far away from the Commanders and Cardinals.
