Green Bay Packers Helmets are shown during the fourth quarter of their preseason game Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The Green Bay Packers beat the Seattle Seahawks 20-7.

It’s no secret that the Green Bay Packers are limping into the playoffs. The Packers’ season was going extremely promisingly, but a host of injuries to key players, including star pass rusher Micah Parsons, derailed things.

Still, the Packers did enough to claw their way into the playoffs and are now gearing up to face quarterback Caleb Williams and the Chicago Bears on Saturday in the Wild Card round, after splitting the season series 1-1.

Unfortunately for Green Bay, the Bears shared their injury report on Thursday, and they’re trending the other direction when it comes to their health, which is almost certainly going to make things even more difficult for Jordan Love and company come Saturday.

Lots of good news on the #Bears injury report, as WRs Rome Odunze (foot) and D.J. Moore (knee) are both off the report and good to go. DB Kyler Gordon is questionable, but a full participant and likely to be activated,” noted NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport of Chicago’s injury report.

Fans reacted to Rapoport’s analysis on social media.

“That’s huge for Chicago. Odunze and DJ Moore being cleared changes the entire offensive outlook, and getting Kyler Gordon back would be a big boost on the other side too. Perfect timing,” one fan wrote on Twitter.

“I’d assume Gordon will be limited in the number of snaps of he plays. Someone else will need to step up with a big game,” another fan added.

It’ll be interesting to see how the Packers approach the game.
