Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce quickly laughed off his first pitch fail. That's good because judging by Patrick Mahomes, others were laughing. Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce could only laugh after his horrible ceremonial first pitch prior to Friday’s baseball game between the Seattle Mariners and Cleveland Guardians.

It’s good that Kelce can laugh at himself. Because chances are, he’s going to hear about it from his teammates in Kansas City. One of them, Patrick Mahomes, has already weighed in.

Upon seeing Kelce’s first pitch, Mahomes could only say “Ayyyyyy bruhhhhhhhhh” before using a bunch of laughing emojis.

Dan Orlovsky replied to Mahomes, expressing sympathy for Kelce while also trolling himself.

Others also found humor in Kelce’s first pitch fail.

Kelce replied to Mahomes, doing what any veteran athlete does. He blamed it on the popcorn.

Mahomes later tweeted to the Kansas City Royals, suggesting that Kelce get another chance.
