The 2015 season has been an unmitigated disaster for the Baltimore Ravens. So how can it get worse?

Simple – by ruining the team’s slick black, purple, and white color scheme. For today’s game with the Chiefs, the Ravens will be wearing their purple jerseys…with hideous gold pants.

Yes, gold pants. Look at this shit.

I hope the Ravens social media person that used the fire emoji meant “these pants should be burned and never worn or spoken of again” as opposed to “man, those are awesome!”.

Most of the responses were negative, as you’d expect.

I mean, for as gross-looking at those Jaguars and Rams color rush jerseys were, at least those teams USE GOLD AS A PRIMARY COLOR.

In the forthcoming oral history of the 2015 Baltimore Ravens, I demand a lengthy section on the decision to wear GOLD PANTS.
