Eric Weddle ice cream

The Baltimore Ravens are 6-5 so far this season. That means Eric Weddle has had at least six ice cream parties in 2016.

After every Ravens win, Weddle celebrates with a massive bowl of ice cream.

Here’s how he celebrated Baltimore’s most recent win over the Cincinnati Bengals on November 27th.

That looks pretty darn good.

Weddle told Pro Football Talk that after a win, he goes to the grocery store, buys a gallon of ice cream, mixes in Oreos and caramel, and then goes HAM.

“I would think that I consume a full gallon,” Weddle said. “I usually take the first batch of some ice cream, eat it and then about an hour later, at halftime of the Sunday night game, I go after a second serving. So I pretty much get a whole gallon of ice cream Sunday night. It’s pretty bad.”

Unfortunately, Weddle hasn’t posted other pictures of his ice cream celebrations this year. However, based on the one picture and his description of his ice cream parties, we can do a little bit of nutrition math.

A gallon of ice cream equals roughly 4,500 calories. A gallon of ice cream is about five pounds. Weddle is 5-11 and weighs 195, so I guess he can afford that with his work load. Especially seeing as after a loss, ice cream isn’t on the menu.

“I definitely don’t get ice cream (after a loss),” Weddle said.
