When the Denver Broncos traded for Russell Wilson, they thought their fortunes would change, but so far it hasn’t. Wilson lost his debut as Broncos quarterback last week to his old team the Seattle Seahawks. On Sunday, he struggled in the first half of their home opener against the Houston Texans.

In the first half, Wilson was 6-for-19 for 93 yards. Broncos fans were so upset that they were booing the star quarterback, matching last week when Seahawks fans were booing their former QB. Wilson improved somewhat in the second half, throwing for a touchdown and reaching over 200 passing yards en route to a 16-9 victory, but someone of Wilson’s talent should be doing better against one of the worst teams in the NFL.

Regardless of the win, some NFL fans think that Wilson may be done as a starting NFL quarterback after just two games.

It seems as if the NFL world or at least a lot of it, has given up on Russell Wilson and the Denver Broncos.
