There might not be a more perfect partnership in the entire NFL than the one New York Jets cornerback Ahmed “Sauce” Gardner just announced with Buffalo Wild Wings.
Sauce Gardner, who was selected by the Jets in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft, is partnering with Buffalo Wild Wings to create a smokey, sweet and spicy BBQ sauce that will be fittingly named “Sauce sauce.” Additionally, Gardner will be holding an event in New Jersey where he will autograph items with sauce.

The partnership could not be more perfect, and that’s why Gardner was so excited about it, saying Buffalo Wild Wings “truly value sauce.”
“I feel like it was just a natural combination,” Gardner told Jets Wire. “They truly value sauce and I do as well. My name’s Sauce, I feel like I could be the best in the NFL one day and Buffalo Wild Wings, they already the best in the game right now. I feel like it was natural. I grew up always going to Buffalo Wild Wings, like high school with my high school teammates, always watching football and eating their food so I wouldn’t want it to be anywhere else but at Buffalo Wild Wings. And my sauce, it’s a smoky, sweet and spicy barbecue. I’m a huge barbecue guy, but I also like some type of spice so I feel like it’s the perfect ideal sauce.”
The sauce will debut August 31. Sauce will also make his NFL debut on Sept. 11 against the Baltimore Ravens.
