Shea McClellin is a freak athlete who never found a positional home in Chicago. Like many freak athletes without positional homes, he’s now showing up on special teams in New England. (Before long, Belichick will probably have him catching passes in goal line packages.)

In any case, here he is performing what is quickly becoming the coolest-looking play in football, the “hurdle the center for the field goal block,” or HTCFTFGB:

Turns out when you’re not asking Shea to play man coverage, or zone coverage, or to fill a gap, or blitz, or make a tackle, he can really contribute on the field! Okay, I’m sorry, that was harsh, though true. It’s just…well, here it is:

In any case, that’s a cool play, and the NFL better not make it illegal. In fact, it should be a feature on Madden 18. Yeah right, they’re totally going to make it illegal, just watch.)
