The Colorado Buffaloes, and in particular, Shedeur Sanders, have been in the headlines frequently this summer.
One of the major headlines recently has been that Sanders’s father, Coach Deion Sanders, made players go to a Lil Wayne concert last year to support his son, who was rapping that night, a charge that has been denied.
But this latest news should make Sanders smile. Skip Bayless seems to think that Sanders will be the overall No. 1 Draft pick in next year’s draft.
“Shedeur is not just the best QB in that conference, but he’s the best QB in the country,” Bayless said. He is going to be the first pick in the draft, and I think he’s going to be really, really good in pro football. He’s as seasoned and experienced a college quarterback as you are going to get.”
.@RealSkipBayless believes Shedeur Sanders will lead Colorado to a Big 12 title:

Sanders threw for over 3,200 yards, 27 touchdowns, and only three interceptions while completing 69.3% of his passes.
Bayless also said that he believes that the Buffs will win the Big 12 this year and that the only thing missing from this team was an excellent offensive line. But what Bayless didn’t mention was the Colorado defense. Despite having Travis Hunter in the backfield, the Buffs were 123rd in defensive pass efficiency, giving up 277 yards per game.
But as Bayless said, luckily, the Buffs should have a much easier time this go around in the Big 12 than the Pac 12.
