The Pittsburgh Steelers will play against the Baltimore Ravens in the last game of the NFL regular season on Sunday night. The winner of the game will win the AFC North title and earn the playoff spot that comes with the division title, while the loser’s season will be over.

Unfortunately for Pittsburgh, their offense took a major step back in their last game against the Cleveland Browns, thanks in no small part to the absence of star receiver DK Metcalf, who was suspended for the final two games of the regular season due to his involvement in an altercation with a fan.

Unfortunately, Metcalf’s appeal of his suspension was upheld, and he won’t be available against the Ravens, either. However, the Steelers will be getting another weapon back, from a hamstring injury in this case, who’ll greatly boost their receiving corps.

“Calvin Austin sounds like a guy who is going to play on Sunday. Said he’s excited about the WR1 role,” reported The Pat McAfee Show’s Mark Kaboly.

Fans reacted to the news on social media.

“Any WR that gets the Ravens secondary should be excited,” one fan wrote on Twitter.

“Well I hope he uses his speed, because his chances at a jump ball are slim to none,” someone else added.

“Could be lit if he we actually gave him QUALITY targets,” another fan added.

It’ll be interesting to see if Austin is able to give the Steelers offense enough for them to reach the playoffs.
