While NFL experts are drooling over Bryce Young and CJ Stroud, Georgia quarterback Stetson Bennett has been turning heads recently.
Bennett, who has won back-to-back national championships, was projected to be a 6th-round draft choice if he was drafted at all.
But Bennett has impressed several NFL scouts and his stock apparently has gone up despite the fact that his stock had gone done after his arrest a few months ago for public intoxication.
One of the busiest NFL Draft prospects since the combine: Georgia QB Stetson Bennett, whose schedule so far includes private visits and/or workouts with 10 teams, per sources. Bennett won consecutive national titles with the Bulldogs and was a Heisman finalist last season.

His workouts and interviews have garnered interest from several NFL teams, now the question is can he a starter?
Bennett’s stats are as impressive as Stroud and Young, however, Bennett’s leadership and championship pedigree might be the one thing he has over the other two.
You may even compare his game to Jimmy Gaoppolo.
Gaoppolo doesn’t put up great stats like Patrick Mahomes or Aaron Rodgers, however, he is a winner. He has taken his team to the Super Bowl and to the NFC Championship Game twice.
Winning means a lot in the NFL and that might be to Bennett’s advantage. He also comes up big in huge games. He was very impressive in the National Championship game against TCU and one more thing he has over Young and Stroud: he’s beaten them both.
So don’t be surprised if Stetson Bennett ends up starting in the NFL.
