In the days following Christmas, Taylor Swift and football star boyfriend Travis Kelce were photographed together in New York City while out on a date night. But fans were quite bothered by what the pop star chose to wear.
As the two of them stepped out of the car and into the frigid New York City winter weather, Taylor was certainly not dressed in an outfit appropriate for the winter.
The pop sensation was wearing a short black dress with her legs exposed along with open-toe Christian Louboutin sandals.

While she was also wearing a long, black jacket overtop, it certainly was not a look that most people would wear for the frigid weather in New York.
As a result, fans were quick to blast her for the inappropriate look in the comments.
“Is winter in New York even real?” one person wrote in the comments on Instagram.
“This outfit feels very inappropriate for the freezing New York winter lol,” someone else wrote.
“Open toe?!?!?!?! New York???? December??????” another person commented.
“It is truly unbelievable how is able to pull off that outfit in the freezing cold! How, Taylor? How????” another person wrote.
Clearly, she was not all that concerned about the cold.
