Former TCU quarterback and Heisman runner-up Max Duggan is getting a lot of interest from several NFL teams after his impressive workout this past week.

Duggan made some throws that impressed several NFL coaches and scouts, including New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick. According to reports, Belichick kept his eye on Duggan the whole time and seemed impressed with the young quarterback.

Duggan looked sharp with his throws, especially his deep throws, and was being coached by Jordan Palmer, the brother of former NFL quarterback Carson Palmer.

Other teams in attendance were the Dallas Cowboys, Los Angeles Chargers, New York Jets, and New York Giants.

Duggan also reportedly ran a 4.4 in the 40, not bad for such a big guy.

The TCU quarterback garnered a lot of attention toward the end of the year because of his tough play, especially in a loss to Kansas State in the Big 12 Championship game. Duggan brought his team back from double-digits to take his team to overtime and almost comeback victory. His leadership ability, along with his stats, impressed and turn the heads of several NFL scouts.

And with any luck, he may get a shot at being an NFL starter in a few years.
