Six-time Pro Bowl wide receiver Terrell Owens is 48 years old and hasn’t played in the NFL since his 2010 season with the Cincinnati Bengals. But according to a recent video, it sure looks like Owens still has every bit of his blazing speed.
On Wednesday evening, Owens decided to race two Fan Controlled Football wide receivers – 27-year-old James Harden of the Zappers and 25-year-old Andrew Jamiel of the Glacier Boyz at a park in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, according to TMZ Sports.
And not only did Owens beat the two other wide receivers in a 40-yard dash, but the Hall of Famer was allegedly clocked at a stunning time of 4.38 seconds.

While a 48-year-old running a 40-yard dash in less than 4.4 seconds will likely come as a shock to most, it likely didn’t surprise Owens. The NFL legend has claimed for years that he could still play in the NFL even in his late 40s.
“There’s no doubt, 100 percent, that I can play in the National Football League today,” Owens told TMZ last year. “I’m not washed up.”
It’s unlikely any NFL teams come calling for the 48-year-old receiver who hasn’t played in the league in over a decade, but Owens at least proved he’s still got it.
