During Thursday night’s Chargers-Raiders game in Oakland, the TNF broadcast (on CBS and NFL Network) showed a graphic in regards to quarterback Derek Carr’s 30 passing touchdowns on the season.

Unfortunately, they gave Derek’s brother David credit for the achievement:

This surely isn’t the first time the brothers have been mixed up, as David of course was an NFL quarterback himself, and they both played college football at Fresno State. But, still a pretty big error to have the wrong name in large, bold font, on national television.
