Tom Brady is ready to play in Germany this weekend. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers play the Seattle Seahawks in the first-ever regular-season NFL game in the country on Sunday.
Brady is really fired up about it. He spoke about his excitement level for the game on his Let’s Go! Podcast, making comparisons to Bundesliga soccer games in Germany, saying that he hopes the crowd is just as crazy.
“I have heard there’s 3 million ticket requests for 67,000 seasons,” Brady said on the podcast, via the NFL’s Twitter account. He continued, “So the place is gonna be rocking. And if it’s anything like what I see in those German Bundesliga games, this is gonna be one of the most epic games that we’ve ever played in.”
Fans in Germany will soon witness the greatness of @TomBrady. 🇩🇪 @NFLDeutschland

Those are some very energetic comments by the legendary quarterback right there.
The games in Europe have always offered varying degrees of quality and thrills. But the game between the Buccaneers and Seahawks has as good a chance to be successful as the rest. Especially if Brady’s energy maintains throughout the weekend. The same goes for the crowd. But let’s just hope that things don’t get too out of control.
