After lengthy vacations in Mexico, two very important items are returning home to New England: Tom Brady’s Super Bowl XLIX and LI jerseys.

Immediate reaction: those jerseys look extremely tiny compared to Brady.
Second reaction: this whole thing has been so silly and ridiculous.
A couple weeks ago, reported emerged that with the help of the FBI, the jerseys had been found tanning on the beach in Mexico. Well not actually tanning, but they were in Mexico.

At first, authorities were looking for only Brady’s jersey from Super Bowl LI. When they found the LI jersey, they also recovered his jersey from Super Bowl XLIX against Seattle.

While Brady seemed to just be laughing during the video the Patriots posted and not that excited overall, some people on Twitter were not only not excited, but really annoyed this story was still a story at all.

Will they pay the FBI back for this crazy search-hold on to your jersey fool

To be honest, I agree with all of these people. This story is ridiculous.
But that’s not all – Brady and some of his Patriots teammates were at Fenway Park to throw out the first pitch of the Red Sox season. Rob Gronkowski, fresh off of his WrestleMania appearance on Sunday night, proceeded to steal one of Brady’s jerseys and was tackled in the outfield by his quarterback.
