It’s been a little bit over a year since pop sensation Taylor Swift announced the release of her latest album The Tortured Poets Department. But in a shocking turn of events, boyfriend Travis Kelce recently confirmed that she is working on some new music.

During a recent interview on The Pat McAfee Show, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end was asked about some new music potentially coming from his girlfriend.

“There might be a few,” he said with a smile.

When he was asked whether or not he had heard any new music from his superstar girlfriend, he didn’t exactly want to talk about it.

“You know I can’t say any of that. You know I can’t say that,” Kelce said with a smile.

And yet, he did still confirm that he had indeed heard some of her new music.

“I hear music everywhere,” he said on the show.

Kelce was then asked whether or not he offers assistance on songs whenever inspiration strikes. While he made it clear that he does not directly help her, he is always there to offer support for her songwriting process.

“I’ll never chime in, but you already know I’m here to support it,” Kelce added.

Swift has been out of the public eye more than usual lately after the end of her iconic Eras Tour, but it sounds like she will be back in the stands this week to support Kelce.

When asked indirectly if Swift will be in the stands when the Chiefs host the Houston Texans in the divisional round this week, Kelce offered a pretty clear confirmation.

“Oh yeah, you know it, baby. It’s playoff football, baby,” Kelce said.

So it’s pretty clear that we will see Taylor in the stands this weekend and that new music is in the works.
