Usain Bolt’s Olympic track career may be over, but that does not mean he will be any more inclined to make the fantasy’s of several NFL general managers come true.

Bolt hopped on the Dan Patrick Show on Friday, and revealed that he’s received several offers to play in the league.

It is unclear what exactly the extent of those offers were, but Bolt’s world-class speed and acceleration would make him a tantalizing project at wide receiver, and he even gave it a try for an ESPN segment following the 2012 London Games.

However, Bolt is more than happy to stay in the world of non-contact sports.

“I used to watch when I was younger, and the hits that the guys used to take, I know that it is not as bad now, but the hits that the guys would take kind of turned me off. … I’ve never really thought about going.”

Bolt said he is not hanging up the track spikes just yet, but he did admit that there will be a new Olympic champion in the 100 meters at the 2020 Games. According to Bolt, he’ll be too old in track years by then to compete. And apparently too old to play football, as well.
