When an NFL coach finds out he has been let go by his employer, it can be a tough time. Having to inform your staff and players of the news can be difficult, even for a grizzly vet like Jeff Fisher.

The NFL and NFL Films released a promo video for the upcoming series All or Nothing, airing on Amazon Prime starting June 30 (which we reviewed here), in which we see Fisher address a meeting room of coaches and players to inform them he has just been fired by the Los Angeles Rams.

Other than the somber tone from Fisher, there were a couple things in the room that really stand out. The first would be the reaction from special teams coordinator John Fassel (who would then become the team’s interim head coach). Fassell backed away from the table in shock upon hearing the news and his reaction in the following moments shows this news hit him hard as well. Toward the end, that’s Mike Singletary making his way up to the front of the room to shake hands with Fisher. If anyone can understand what this moment feels like for Fisher, it would be Singletary.

NFL Films has done a fantastic job telling the story of the NFL from various angles over the years, and if this lone tease is any indication, it appears NFL Films and Amazon could have a nice hit on their hands for football and sports fans.
