Since the conclusion of the 2022 college football season, many expected that Alabama Crimson Tide quarterback Bryce Young and Ohio State Buckeyes quarterback C.J. Stroud would be the first two players taken in the 2023 NFL Draft. But it appears that is no longer the case.

A massive swing in the latest NFL Draft odds indicates that not only are the Houston Texans expected to pass on C.J. Stroud with the No. 2 overall pick, but they’re expected to select another quarterback instead: Kentucky Wildcats quarterback Will Levis.

As Anand Nanduri points out on Twitter, Will Levis is now the heavy favorite to the No. 2 overall pick in the upcoming 2023 NFL Draft.

“Will Levis now offered at minus odds as the favorite to be taken #2 overall,” Nanduri wrote on Twitter on Saturday afternoon.

It’s an absolutely massive shakeup at the top of the NFL Draft and the NFL world had plenty to say about the new on social media as a result.

Obviously, this doesn’t make anything official and there’s still plenty of time for things to change leading up to the draft. But as of now, it looks like Young and Levis will be the first two picks in the NFL Draft.
