Earlier this month, we shared the story of Clarke MacArthur’s emotional return to the ice for the Ottawa Senators, after the veteran forward had been out 18 months due to concussions. The Senators even ruled MacArthur out for the season in January!

In my post about MacArthur’s unbelievable return, I mentioned how his story would be even more amazing if he could help the Senators reach the playoffs:

The 31-year-old’s story could become even more incredible if he’s able to help get the Senators reach the playoffs.

Not only did MacArthur help the Senators reach the playoffs, but he also helped them win a playoff series. And not only did he help Ottawa win a playoff series, but he also scored the series-winning goal!

Watch MacArthur score this overtime goal to beat the Boston Bruins, and to send the Senators to the second round:

Amazing. What a story.
