A few months after losing the 2024 presidential election to current United States President Donald Trump, it sounds like Kamala Harris is making moves to continue on with her life and career.
According to a report from Variety, Kamala Harris has signed with the prominent talent agency CAA for representation as she moves into civilian life after leaving office as Vice President last month.
“Former Vice President Kamala Harris has signed with CAA for representation in all areas, with a focus on speaking engagements and publishing. CAA will work closely with Harris on her post-White House initiatives, creating strategic opportunities that expand her platform in support of the issues she has championed throughout decades-long career in public service,” Katcy Stephan wrote for Variety on Tuesday.
CAA is a prominent talent agency that represents Hollywood celebrities as well as prominent professional athletes.
NBA superstars represented by CAA include Devin Booker, Chris Paul, Paul George, Karl-Anthony Towns, and D’Angelo Russell, among many others.
CAA also represents many NHL superstars like Sidney Crosby, John Tavares, Seth Jones, Patrick Kane, Jack Eichel, Macklin Celebrini, Nathan MacKinnon, and many others.
On the Major League Baseball side of things, CAA represents Josh Hader, Jack Flaherty, Michael Wacha, Marcell Ozuna, and many others.
It’s not clear what Harris has planned for her career after leaving office, but she is joining an agency that works closely with several of the nation’s biggest sports stars.
