Andy Samberg + Jorma Taccone and Akiva Schaffer + Judd Apatow + Bill Hader + Sarah Silverman + Will Forte + Will Arnett + about a million celebrity cameos + a concept that spoofs Justin Bieber = Wow.

The Lonely Island trio of Samberg, Taccone and Schaffer released a red-band trailer of their new movie, Popstar, on Thursday (the same day as the Captain America: Civil War trailer) which stars Samberg as a Justin Timberlake/Bieber-like entertainer, and it looks pretty great.

(Reminder: This is a red-band trailer, so it’s probably not safe to view at work. Language.)

We’ve got an Adam Levine hologram, testimonials by Simon Cowell, Usher and DJ Khaled and a totally unexplained appearance from Don Cheadle. The trailer doesn’t exactly lay it out, but the story of Popstar reportedly follows Samberg’s rap/pop star Connor4Real, whose latest album flops and pushes him back toward a very reluctant reunion with his former boy band.

Though it’s pretty awesome to imagine this movie totally trashing Justin Bieber and the bratty popstar persona he represents, it’s hard to imagine all these celebrities (especially Usher, Bieber’s mentor) would have agreed to participate if it was that harsh. Still, Samberg is as good at gently mocking something as anyone alive. This is the guy who once got T-Pain to feature on a song that basically made fun of T-Pain.

Given Lonely Island’s track record making fun of the music industry on SNL and on their albums, Popstar should be fun. The comedy hits theaters on June 3.
