A man filed a lawsuit against former NBA star Dwight Howard alleging assault after he was direct messaged on Instagram.

According to Radar Online, a man named Stephen Harper filed a lawsuit filled with wild claims against the former NBA champion. The lawsuit alleged both assault and battery.

Harper says he reached out to Howard on Instagram on May 29, 2021, via his “secondary Instagram account.” He then claimed that Howard sent him his cell phone number.

Harper also claimed that Howard responded to his Instagram message by texting him the devil emoji. The two then continued texting.

The wildest claim Harper made about Howard is he told him he was “into freaky” sexual content and that he wanted to see Mr. Harper’s nudes and “—shots,” the suit alleges.

Screenshots of the alleged conversation also revealed Howard telling Harper, “Now I want you to know I’m not like gay or anything. I’m just a lil nasty sometimes. Ion wanna offend you.”

The two continued their conversation for months sending nudes and videos to each other, with Howard finally inviting Harper to his home in Georgia.

As Harper continued to text Howard on his way to his house, Howard then said he wanted to have a threesome with him and either another man or a woman, which he declined.

Harper then said once he arrived, he and Howard engaged in some sexual foreplay, but when he declined to go further, that’s when Howard and another man named “Kitty” turned aggressive.

The report read, “Mr. Harper was in fear of imminent bodily harm when he was pinned down and forced to remain in place while the defendant continued to sexually assault him.”

The lawsuit accuses Howard of assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and false imprisonment.

Howard has yet to speak out against this lawsuit.
