The intersection between sports and pop culture is at an all-time high. Just look at the current state of the NFL, where Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen is married to Hollywood actress Hailee Steinfeld, and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is engaged to global pop music sensation Taylor Swift.
The intersection has made its way to the big screen as well. Rising Hollywood starlet Sydney Sweeney recently played professional boxer Christy Martin in the biopic Christy, and she’s not the only one getting in on the action.
Timothee Chalamet is getting heaps of praise from critics for his portrayal of the fictional Marty Mauser, a premier table tennis player, in the movie Marty Supreme. Chalamet attended the Golden Globes on Sunday, where he was nominated for multiple awards, and was accompanied by his girlfriend, socialite Kylie Jenner.
However, in an incident that is going viral and in some people’s estimation, marred what a fantastic evening by most measures, Jenner gave a camera the double bird.

Fans are reacting to the photo on social media, and not everyone is exactly pleased about it.
“That very same narcissistic Insta-diva with fillers instead of a brain and her trophy tube-squashed,” one person wrote on Twitter.
“Embarrassing,” one person said plainly.
“I still think it’s a PR relationship no matter how people try to make it like it’s real. A slight affection he showed it goes viral,” someone else added.
Hopefully, Jenner and Chalamet can tune out all of the noise and are as happy together as they seem.
