A new British series is coming out soon that will give us a look at some of the urban myths surrounding various famous celebrities. One of those celebrities is Michael Jackson.

While I’d be all for honoring the late King of Pop, this version hardly seems like an honor. Actor Joesph Fiennes has been given the task of recreating Jackson, and it’s not pretty. In fact, you might be scarred for life when you see what he looks like.

I mean, my god. That is beyond frightening. Who thought that was a good idea? Why don’t you just recreate Jackson’s death? It might be less disturbing.

I’m not sure how much of this is on Fiennes and how much this is on the production side of things. I’ve never heard of Fiennes, but he seems like a nice chap. This British actor is famous for roles such as William Shakespeare in Shakespeare in Love.

Game of Thrones‘ Iwan Rheon stars as Adolf Hitler in another impression that doesn’t seem to work, but at least it’s not scarring.

This series is set to premiere Jan. 19 in the U.K. And though I’m sure there’s a way for you to get your hands on the episodes stateside, I’m not sure why you’d want to subject yourself to that MJ impression. Yikes.
