It hasn’t been a good week for Donald Trump, in case that wasn’t already obvious. And Saturday Night Live certainly had a field day last night with his latest controversial statements, this time caught on video. But SNL has funny and creative writers, so just skewering Trump for his comments essentially glorifying sexual assault isn’t good enough.
They get both Trump and Penn State in one joke. Very few people in any locker room talk the way Trump assumes people talk in locker rooms, probably because Trump hasn’t ever been in one, but if any may have ignored sexual assault in such a blatant way, it’s probably Penn State.
Though the Nittany Lions got a big win over Maryland yesterday, there’s always reminders that the program still has deep stains on it from its past.
