Kansas City Chiefs superstar tight end Travis Kelce has been dating global pop music sensation Taylor Swift for over two years now. Kelce is gearing up for his upcoming season with the Chiefs, as he looks to avenge last year’s Super Bowl defeat at the hands of the Philadelphia Eagles. However, he’s not the only member of the couple who is busy.
Swit is releasing a new album, The Life of a Showgirl, and made her first-ever podcast appearance on Travis Kelce’s New Heights podcast to promote it. Unfortunately, Swift’s appearance was marred by her wanton use of profane vulgarity during the guest appearance.
“We’re about to do a [expletive] podcast,” Swift said to Travis in the early part of the episode.
Fans reacted to the unnecessary vulgarity on social media.
“My daughter used to look up to Taylor, but after what she just said on this video, I have to say no more,” one fan wrote on Twitter.
“I genuinely cannot think of anything worse than this. She has never had a number one song and is a worse musician and role model than Demi Lovato, Ashlee Simpson, and Kris Kross,” another fan added.
“I don’t know if the video was an act, but he looks miserable,” someone else added.
Hopefully, Swift remembers how many of her fanbase are young girls and boys and refrains from using this kind of language in the future.
