As any actor will tell you, there is a lot of downtime when shooting a movie or TV show. Cast-members have to entertain themselves between takes or while their characters are off-screen, and that can require some creativity.

Well four Game of Thrones actors seems to be using their time on set to develop a second career for themselves as members of a folk band. Recently, Kristofer Hivju (who plays Tormund Giantsbane) posted a video on Instagram of himself performing a Tom Waits cover alongside Iain Glen (Jorah Mormont), Rory McCann (The Hound) and Richard Dormer (Beric Dondarrion). The quartet made up four of the seven members of the suicide squad sent to capture a wight during the just-ended Season Seven.

Here’s their rendition of Waits’ “I Hope I Don’t Fall In Love With You.”

We’re very intrigued by the note in the caption about a new album. Yes, it’s probably a joke, but there would be worse ideas for these four than using their GoT stardom to sell some music. There are only six episodes left, (and likely fewer for Tormund and Beric, given how they ended last season), so there’s no time to waste.

McCann and Hivju are practically veterans at this by now.

GoT won’t be in our lives in 2018, as the showrunners take their time shooting and editing the final season, but maybe the Brotherhood Without Banjos will be.
