Pressure seems to be building up from friends and family of Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift for them get engaged and get married.
The pair haven’t even dated a year yet and apparently, there are more than fans wondering why aren’t they engaged yet.
“The constant questioning from friends and family is starting to really get them down,” a source close to the couple told OK! Magazine. “Not a day goes by they don’t get hit with gentle hints and questions.”
It appears that as the pressure grows, it may be pulling the couple apart.
“The social media and fan chatter about an engagement is bad enough, but he also gets questions from friends and the more he’s pressured, the more he withdraws,” the source told OK! Magazine.
Even celebrities are wondering when the pair are getting married. Recently, actor Jason Sudeikis even asked Kelce when was he going to make an honest woman out of Swift.
And as the pressure is building, even Swift is tired of all the hype about an engagement.
“Her friends bring it up all the time, and she’s ordered them to stop mentioning it. The constant questions are not helping. She’s a hundred percent sure that Travis is The One, and she’s just hoping the proposal happens soon because she wants to get on with the next stage of their lives,” the source explained.
But there are already rumors and speculation that the pair have either broken up or are about to break up. When Kelce appeared at the Kentucky Derby in May, it was without Swift and he hasn’t been seen that much this summer with Swift on tour.
The pair have been on engagement watch since the Super Bowl when many thought he would ask her after the game, when it didn’t happen, people were disappointed but the pair seems to be more ok with where their relationship stands than the public.
