Video: Puck hits Predators broadcaster in the head

Being a broadcaster for a hockey team is supposed to be a safe job. That rule apparently doesn’t apply to Nashville Predators broadcaster Willy Daunic who was doing a game preview prior to the Predators-Blues contest. As Daunic was doing his segment, a puck kicked over the glass and hit him on the top of the head.

It’s kind of interesting that he’s able to finish most of his thought (two out of the three) after the puck struck him in the head. Thankfully Daunic wasn’t injured by this fluky incident.
