When Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series drivers get introduced to fans before every Bristol race, they have the opportunity to choose the song they will walk out to. It’s a small, but great way for every driver to show a side of their personality they can’t really do while racing. In previous races, songs range from Country to Rock to Rap and Hip Hop to the classics.

Some drivers like to go one step further in how they choose their song. Some allow their fans to vote for the song or someone puts up a Twitter goal to play a rather terribly embarrassing song if they get so many retweets. Hendrick Motorsports teammates Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Kasey Kahne are going to do something different that could backfire in both their faces.

Dale Jr. tweeted that he and Kahne will be choosing each others song for them to walkout to before Saturday nights race.

Kahne’s response shows that we’re going to be in for a treat. I’m not sure if they’re going to be sincere and actually pick a song that resonates with the driver or have some fun with it but if they’re taking suggestions, I don’t think you can top this.
