Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner

Kim Kardashian and her family are on a soccer tour, visiting some of the most famous stadiums in the world. Unfortunately, she might’ve become a bit of a jinx on the teams she roots for.

On Thursday, Kardashian visited the Emirates Stadium to take in the Arsenal-Sporting CP UEFA Europa League match. After years of not being anywhere close, Arsenal is undergoing a renaissance and have a strong lead in the Premier League. Meanwhile, Sporting is fourth in the Portuguese League. Needless to say, Arsenal advancing to the Europa League semifinal was very likely.

Instead, Arsenal and Sporting drew 1-1, and their two-legged tie ended 3-3. In penalties, Sporting converted all five penalties and won 5-3 to advance, where they will face Juventus.

That paled in comparison to what happened Sunday. The family visited Paris to see Paris Saint-Germain take on Rennes at the Parc des Princes. PSG is the dominant force in French soccer, with players like Kylian Mbappé, Lionel Messi, and Neymar (currently injured). They lead Ligue 1 by nine points and have the money and resources to win against almost every other French side, as they have done by winning the domestic title in eight of the last ten years.

That didn’t happen as the Rennes shocked PSG with a 2-0 result. That was PSG’s first home loss in almost two years (715 days).

Of course, Kim Kardashian isn’t the reason why these teams lost. It’s not like she coached them or played in the game. Though, it is a massive coincidence that two of the top teams in the world suffered misfortune while in her presence.
