Kylian Mbappé made history on Saturday.

The phenomenal French soccer player became the all-time leading goal scorer in his club team Paris Saint-Germain’s history. Mbappé boomed his 201st career goal in his 247th appearance.

Renowned soccer reporter Fabrizio Romano tweeted, “Kylian Mbappé becomes PSG all time goalscorer: 201 goals, surpassing Edinson Cavani. Mbappé, 24 years old making history as Paris Saint-Germain player.”

Mbappé dazzled plenty with an absurd World Cup final showing back in December. While he and France lost, the superstar recorded an unbelievable hat trick. This after he helped lead France to a World Cup in 2019.

The sports world marveled at Kylian Mbappé and his remarkable achievement.

One fan pointed out an interesting, Manchester United-related coincidence between the top three scorers in PSG history. “Funny how PSGs 3 top scorers will have all played for Manchester United in their football career.”

Another fan pointed out an incredible coincidence. “18 days after Cavani’s birthday, Mbappe scores 18th Ligue 1 goal to break Cavani’s record. No matter how deep into the game it went, it only became more inevitable he was scoring.”

ESPN FC boasted about his accomplishment.

Bleacher Report’s Football account posted an awesome portrait.

ESPN FC also listed all of his accomplishments off, just to flex.

And former teammate and superstar Lionel Messi posted a congratulatory message to him on his Instagram.
