Brandi Chastain was inducted into the Bay Area Sports Hall of Fame on Monday, and whoever made the plaque for the 1999 Women’s World Cup hero has a lot of explaining to do.

Chastain — a San Jose native and former soccer star at Cal and Santa Clara — told the media that the plaque “is not the most flattering, but it’s nice.” (via the Mercury News)

As the San Francisco Chronicle’s Ann Killion tweeted, this plaque makes the infamous Ronaldo bust look perfect.

Twitter thinks the plaque looks like a lot of people… and none are Brandi Chastain.

I’ll add Mike Francesa and Mike Martz to the lookalikes.

Please make the lovely Brandi Chastain a new plaque.
